Requirements

• •Degree in business, informatics, or comparable
• •2–3 years management consulting experience
• •Expertise in commercial real estate financing
• •Proficiency in presentations and quantitative analysis
• •Understanding of digital platforms and data
• •Confident German and English skills
• •2-5 years of professional experience
• •Experience managing B2B SaaS products
• •Experience launching customer-facing products
• •Successful product lifecycle management experience
• •Customer-focused and data-driven decision making
• •Ability to develop product strategies
• •Experience in agile work methodology
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Right to work in the EU
• •Application with CV in English

Tasks

• •Create presentations and decision memos
• •Develop business cases for C-level executives
• •Analyze commercial real estate and PropTech markets
• •Monitor competitors and identify potential partners
• •Support the Co-Director with roadmap decisions
• •Analyze functional platform requirements
• •Coordinate between internal teams and banking clients
• •Facilitate remote alignment and client meetings
• •Align product development with business goals
• •Identify and track key success metrics
• •Manage the full product lifecycle
• •Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales
• •Drive cross-functional product planning processes
• •Provide product and market insights to stakeholders
• •Handle customer feedback and product issues
