Requirements

- Ability to work full-time in Berlin
- Hands-on experience with automation stack (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar)
- Experience building real workflows
- Experience using AI tools to build and ship products
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and system integration
- Systems thinking ability
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- German language skills (plus)
- Comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving skills
- Technical credibility with engineers
- Curiosity to engage with customers
- High agency, proactiveness
- Experience building personal projects (app, tool, automation, side project)
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (function calling, evals, RAG, tool use)
- Comfort with SQL, Python, or basic data analysis
- Understanding of B2B SaaS, enterprise software sales, or voice AI
- Previous startup experience (informal included)
Tasks
- Understand customer needs, issues, and opportunities.
- Build functional prototypes and MVPs with AI-native tools.
- Design and build product integrations for customer workflows.
- Write product specifications and user stories.
- Develop prioritization frameworks.
- Analyze product usage data for insights.
- Research competitors and map the landscape.
- Surface insights for roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design on feature development.
- Take on diverse tasks as required.
