Product Group Owner HR IT Solutions(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the company's HR-IT strategy by leading product teams and managing the roadmap. Your day-to-day involves steering international projects and budgets to ensure high-performing digital solutions.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• •10+ years experience leading teams and leaders
• •Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar HR IT role
• •Technical understanding of SAP HCM, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors
• •Years of experience in digitalization project implementation
• •Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, JIRA
• •Proficiency in transformation and change management strategies
• •Understanding of enterprise integration and complex ERP environments
• •Excellent written and verbal English and German skills

Tasks

• •Provide functional leadership to HR-IT product teams
• •Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
• •Steer and support five Product Owners
• •Manage the HR-IT roadmap alignment
• •Ensure alignment with organizational and HR strategies
• •Facilitate delivery of international IT projects
• •Guide teams toward successful project execution
• •Act as the primary stakeholder point of contact
• •Facilitate decisions on product features and priorities
• •Manage the full HR-IT budget
• •Hold Product Owners accountable for financial figures
• •Define international internal and external workforce strategies
• •Negotiate contracts with external service providers
• •Monitor contract terms and durations
• •Collaborate with HR IT teams on integrative solutions
• •Partner with the leadership team on enterprise applications
