Tasks
- •Coordinate and execute deployments and releases across Europe using Dynamics 365 Operations
- •Create and maintain functional requirement documents (FRDs) and release documentation
- •Write and perform end-to-end test cases based on local stakeholder input
- •Align processes with business needs through active communication and collaboration
- •Build and manage dashboards in Fresh Service and Azure DevOps to track SLAs
- •Monitor statuses and ensure timely closure of work items
- •Support audits and compliance topics
- •Collaborate closely with developers, implementation managers, and project managers
