Product/Engineering Manager for Shredding and Beneficiation Plants(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will lead the technical development of Li-Battery Recycling Products, collaborating with various departments to ensure innovative and efficient plant engineering solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include defining the product vision, managing engineering practices, and driving innovations from idea to implementation.

Requirements

• •Engineering degree above average in mechanical and/or process engineering
• •Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• •Hands-on capability in calculations, interpreting P&IDs, reading/creating drawings, and validating BOMs
• •Proven experience in engineering, product management, or design engineering
• •Knowledge of welding & machining symbols and strength of materials
• •Thorough knowledge of National & International Standards and familiarity with Fits/Tolerances
• •Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3D (CREO) or similar
• •Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent
• •Technical background in recycling equipment and technologies
• •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• •High social competence and resilience
• •Willingness to travel

• •Drive innovations from concept to industrialized solution
• •Standardize processes to reduce project costs and customer Opex
• •Oversee design reviews and technical risk assessments
