- Support customers and sales managers with technical inquiries
- Provide technical support to aftermarket suppliers
- Create and deliver technical training for customers
- Act as the main contact for warranty complaints and inquiries
- Provide technical analysis reports to customers
- Advise internal departments on warranty decisions and actions
