In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and production, tackling technical issues and enhancing product quality. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvements throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• •Higher technical or scientific education in physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or similar
• •Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies
• •High problem-solving skills
• •Structured approach to work, strong goal orientation, and high quality awareness
• •Strong hands-on mentality
• •Extensive organizational and communication skills
• •Enthusiasm and passion for technical issues
• •Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills

Tasks

• •Support series products throughout the product life cycle
• •Act as a liaison between production, development, customer support, and product management
• •Facilitate the transition of new products to series production, including necessary documentation
• •Specify, develop, and transition customer projects
• •Monitor the manufacturing process for quality and cost improvements
• •Analyze and implement quality and process improvement measures
• •Enhance processes and structures within the Product Engineering department
