- Translate complex workflows into intuitive designs
- Own the design process for specific features with Product & Engineering
- Ensure solutions are scalable and modular
- Identify and fix usability issues in the interface
- Improve the overall user experience
- Ensure on-time delivery of design assets
- Take responsibility for QA of designs during development
- Provide data-informed design solutions to problems
- Contribute to and expand the Design System
- Align work with existing design patterns
- Articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
