- Perform competitive analysis and data-driven product decisions
- Deliver end-to-end product design
- Define personas and early discovery
- Create UX flows and high-fidelity UI
- Design AI-first, agent-enabled experiences
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Improve design consistency and extend patterns
- Support the transformation into a unified Integrated Management System
- Prototype early and drive discovery
- Use modern design and AI tooling
- Conduct user research and feedback loops
- Continuously improve design decisions
- De-risk product direction
- Communicate design rationale clearly

- Prepare handoff-ready assets in Figma
