Tasks
- Create high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop interactive prototypes and demos
- Translate low-fidelity sketches into polished experiences
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Communicate design decisions to development teams
- Define research questions for user studies
- Support qualitative and quantitative user research
- Validate hypotheses based on user insights
- Evaluate new features and iterations
- Collaborate with product experience managers
- Work with developers, marketing, and business stakeholders
- Balance feedback and requirements in design iterations
- Review and provide feedback on designers’ work
- Support team growth through constructive feedback
