Description

As a Product Designer, you will blend visual craft with user-centered design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive product experiences. Your role will involve everything from designing user flows to evolving the design system and integrating innovative tools.

Requirements

• •5–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design and end-to-end product work
• •Proven experience contributing to or managing a Design System
• •Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools and interface design
• •Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
• •Curiosity for modern design workflows and AI-supported processes
• •Experience designing for multi-market or multilingual platforms
• •Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
• •Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, Vercel) or no-code tools such as Framer

Tasks

• •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and business goals
• •Translate user needs into elegant, usable design solutions for web and mobile
• •Design intuitive user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• •Enhance clarity, trust, and delight in product design
• •Contribute to and evolve the Wunderflats Design System
• •Define components, tokens, and visual standards
• •Develop and document interaction and motion design patterns
• •Strengthen brand expression in product design
• •Work with the Brand and Communications team to maintain visual consistency
• •Explore and integrate AI-assisted design tools to improve design speed and creativity
• •Conduct usability tests and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• •Iterate on designs based on user feedback
• •Collaborate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
