- Strong across visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and prototyping in code
- Product Manager mindset for shaping builds
- Engineering mindset for prototyping and polishing in code
- Designer mindset for coherence, clarity, and trust
- Senior designer with strong portfolio of shipped product work (ideally B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy products)
- Real opinions on AI in products (thoughtful about trust, transparency, and AI role)
- Prototyping in code as regular workflow
- Systems thinking, not just screens
- Ability to operate with ambiguity
- Organization using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar)
- Experience designing for non-technical users in complex B2B domains
- Experience with agentic or autonomous AI features
- Strong opinions on trustworthy and actionable AI output
Tasks
- Shape agentic capabilities surfacing in the product
- Design collaborative AI and human workflows
- Create 3-6 month vision work with prototypes
- Raise product craft and coherence standards
- Perform last-mile polish directly in code
- Check out pull requests (PRs)
- Tweak product interactions
- Ensure product quality before shipping
