Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
  • •Foundational design-related education or equivalent practical industry experience
  • •Clear communication skills
  • •Solid visual design skills and attention to detail
  • •Strong enthusiasm for leveraging emerging tools, especially AI
  • •Experience designing interconnected, cross-platform experiences
  • •Capability in designing LLM-based interactions and multi-turn chat flows
  • •Acute self-awareness and deep empathy
  • •Understanding of product strategy and vision
  • •Experience with tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English; spoken German skills considered a plus
