Requirements
- •At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- •Foundational design-related education or equivalent practical industry experience
- •Clear communication skills
- •Solid visual design skills and attention to detail
- •Strong enthusiasm for leveraging emerging tools, especially AI
- •Experience designing interconnected, cross-platform experiences
- •Capability in designing LLM-based interactions and multi-turn chat flows
- •Acute self-awareness and deep empathy
- •Understanding of product strategy and vision
- •Experience with tools such as Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools
- •Fluency in written and spoken English; spoken German skills considered a plus
