Requirements

  • •University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • •3–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design for consumer-facing digital products
  • •Experience in financial services or trading environment with knowledge of financial products
  • •Strong background in web and mobile design, including complex data visualization
  • •Hands-on experience with design systems as a user and/or creator
  • •Experience in inclusive design, accessibility, localization, and universal design principles
  • •Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, and rapid prototyping tools
  • •Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • •Experience with UX research methods and usability testing
  • •Experience working in early-stage or strategic product phases
  • •Very good written and spoken English
  • •Confident use of common Office applications

Tasks

  • •Create high-fidelity UI designs
  • •Develop interactive prototypes and demos
  • •Transform low-fidelity sketches into polished digital experiences
  • •Contribute to and enhance the design system
  • •Communicate design decisions to development teams
  • •Define research questions for user studies
  • •Support qualitative and quantitative user research
  • •Validate design solutions based on user insights
  • •Assist in measurement plans for new features
  • •Collaborate with product experience managers and developers
  • •Incorporate feedback during design iterations
  • •Review and provide feedback on colleagues' designs
