- •Manage a team of senior Product Designers, a UX Researcher, and a Content Designer
- •Empower the team to deliver high-quality design solutions efficiently
- •Align projects with the overarching product vision
- •Collaborate with Product leadership and the VP of Product Design
- •Ensure team alignment with the company's strategic goals
- •Drive the vision to simplify tax filing and provide expert tax advice
- •Mentor and grow a team of designers across various disciplines
- •Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
- •Foster strong relationships within the design team and across departments
- •Ensure effective communication with product and engineering teams
- •Set goals for your area in line with company objectives
- •Oversee key projects and programs to contribute to product success
- •Manage timelines, resources, and team priorities effectively
- •Ensure design output meets the highest standards of quality
- •Work with senior designers to ensure innovation and usability
- •Leverage AI to deliver results effectively and with high quality
- •Optimize processes and workflows for increased efficiency
- •Identify areas for smoother cross-team collaboration
