- Advise on projects throughout the product lifecycle
- Identify and analyze product, regulatory, privacy, and online safety risks
- Mitigate identified risks across jurisdictions
- Implement creative legal strategies for risk management
- Develop scalable processes for risk management
- Advance AI and cryptocurrency policy positions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advisors
- Advise on US and international laws
- Draft terms of use and product policies
- Support go-to-market strategies
