- Analyze aggregate impacts on front-line teams
- Reduce adverse project collisions across teams
- Identify and mitigate change fatigue risks
- Establish user feedback loops and forums
- Define and track adoption KPIs
- Feed user insights into project workstreams
- Coach senior leaders on change methodologies
- Ensure active and visible executive sponsorship
- Draft high-impact strategic change communications
- Develop cohesive stories for interrelated changes
- Equip sponsors to handle employee resistance
- Coordinate milestone celebrations with leadership
