As a Procurement Support Specialist for Indirect Materials, you will play a key role in global sourcing activities, ensuring compliance and supporting innovation projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with partners, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and assisting in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• •Completed business apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• •Initial professional experience in purchasing or comparable support function
• •Experience in SAP O25 Purchasing Module
• •Understanding of purchasing processes and business management contexts
• •Team-oriented approach, organizational skills, and high service orientation
• •Very good communication skills in German and English

Tasks

• •Assist in global technical sourcing activities
• •Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines
• •Support technology departments in projects and innovation sourcing
• •Coordinate communication with internal and external partners
• •Provide input for decision-making processes
• •Maintain stakeholder relationships through documentation and reporting
• •Prepare for price and contract negotiations under senior staff guidance
• •Utilize procurement tools for analysis and reporting
• •Track supplier performance and prepare evaluations
• •Support supplier development measures and workshops
• •Process orders by creating, modifying, and tracking purchase orders
• •Manage master data and update supplier and material information
