Executing operational procurement in ERP systems for indirect materials and services. Strategic sourcing or category management exposure preferred. 4-day work week, company car for private use.

Requirements

  • Procurement/sourcing experience, preferably industrial/manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of operational purchasing processes
  • Strategic sourcing or category management exposure (advantage)
  • International, multi-site organization experience preferred
  • Structured, reliable, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • MS Office / SAP knowledge desirable
  • Fluent English
  • Very good German and/or French skills (highly relevant)

Tasks

  • Execute operational procurement activities in ERP systems
  • Ensure continuous supply of indirect materials and services
  • Support and maintain catalog-based purchasing solutions
  • Handle day-to-day supplier communication
  • Support Category Management with RFQs, sourcing requests, price negotiations, and supplier analyses
  • Contribute to project-based sourcing activities and contract implementations
  • Act as interface between plants, internal stakeholders, and suppliers

Education

  • High school diploma

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
  • French – Business Fluent
