  • Frame supplier meetings and events
  • Prepare briefing templates and sessions
  • Align agendas and slide decks
  • Guide category strategy preparation
  • Create strategy slide decks
  • Conduct strategy meetings with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Design trackers for procurement initiatives
  • Prepare monthly scorecards for top management
  • Perform plausibility checks on budget values
  • Improve data quality with Controlling and ProX
  • Steer bottom-up target setting
  • Establish structured data exchange with ODM/EMS team
  • Ensure contractual coverage and award letters
  • Maintain organized records and trackers
  • Design and maintain SharePoint structure
  • Collaborate on procurement improvement projects
  • Enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency
  • Support change management efforts
  • Guide CMs on process-related matters
  • Lead or support special projects
  • Diversify supplier base
  • Conduct sustainability workshops
  • Introduce new logistic models
  • Manage memory share changes in BOMs
  • Ensure supply chain resilience
