- •Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or comparable qualification
- •3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
- •Strong analytical mindset and negotiation skills
- •Structured and solution-oriented working style
- •Advanced MS Office knowledge and experience with SAP or GPMS
- •Solid understanding of logistics markets and sourcing processes
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages advantageous

- •Conduct logistics market research and benchmark analysis
- •Prepare bidding evaluations and procurement reports
- •Coordinate contracts and ensure policy compliance
- •Optimize procurement processes and system utilization
- •Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve workflow transparency
