Requirements

  • •Extensive procurement experience, ideally 3 years as manager
  • •Experience in FMCG or pharma industry
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification recommended
  • •Fluent business English, German or Spanish beneficial
  • •Excellent storytelling, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • •Project management skills for digital transformation
  • •Ability to prioritize impactful procurement initiatives
  • •Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • •Understanding of procurement technology and ERP systems

  • •Evaluate and prioritize digital opportunities and enhancements
  • •Optimize procurement tools to improve efficiency
  • •Manage system governance with the IT department
