- •Experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- •Fluent language skills in German and English
- •Ability to work predominantly in German with English as the company language

Tasks
- •Develop and implement procurement strategies
- •Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
- •Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers
- •Negotiate contracts with suppliers
- •Monitor and manage the procurement budget
- •Identify and manage procurement risks
- •Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new suppliers
- •Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- •Participate in optimizing end-to-end financial processes
- •Send purchase orders and file relevant documents
