Procurement Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the company's defense projects forward by managing end-to-end procurement, from sourcing suppliers to navigating complex inquiries with a proactive and resourceful mindset.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or relevant training/Ausbildung
• •Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (S4 HANA)
• •Experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration
• •Proactivity, initiative, and independent work style
• •Problem-solving skills and adaptability
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Mandatory fluency in German and English
• •Presence in Munich or willingness to relocate

Tasks

• •Support the end-to-end procurement process
• •Track orders from requisition to delivery
• •Prepare purchase orders and contracts
• •Process procurement documentation with high accuracy
• •Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• •Prepare RFQs and RFPs
• •Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
• •Propose solutions for procurement process issues
• •Navigate situations with incomplete information
• •Research and resolve procurement discrepancies
• •Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and inquiries
• •Coordinate with project management, finance, and logistics
• •Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
• •Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• •Execute data entry and reporting in SAP
• •Align procurement strategies with internal stakeholders
• •Provide strategic procurement advice to senior management
