Requirements

  • •Proven experience in process and project management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • •Strong understanding of GxP regulations, quality management systems, and compliance in regulated environments
  • •Demonstrated expertise in business process design, governance, and optimization
  • •Hands-on experience planning and executing ERP cutovers, including coordination of business and IT stakeholders, risk mitigation, and hypercare support
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (e.g., SAP QM, PP)
  • •Familiarity with computer system validation (CSV), testing coordination, and change management in IT/business transformation projects
  • •Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational design

Tasks

  • •Plan and manage cutover activities for ERP transitions
  • •Define and implement process governance structures
  • •Coordinate process mapping and optimization
  • •Manage cross-divisional transformation programs
  • •Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT
  • •Oversee testing, validation, and change management during ERP rollouts
  • •Train business stakeholders on process thinking and governance
