- Provide engineering support for product transfers
- Ensure all transfer activities are documented per Stryker procedures
- Determine technical objectives for engineering assignments
- Make decisions on assignment direction and results
- Monitor and control work progress
- Apply engineering principles and procedures
- Analyze equipment to establish operating data
- Conduct experimental testing and result analysis
- Mentor or be mentored on related topics
- Ensure process and product quality
- Select components and equipment based on specifications
- Develop component processes with quality engineers
- Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan generation
- Create SOPs and PPAPs for product transfers
- Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures
- Review and approve validation documentation
