Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • •Professional experience in industrial or manufacturing environment
  • •Solid understanding of textile-based membrane technologies or comparable materials/processes
  • •Hands-on experience with production processes and continuous improvement in manufacturing setting
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
  • •Strong motivation to learn and operate in complex production environment
  • •Very good command of English; good working knowledge of German

Tasks

  • •Lead process engineering activities for the TIPS team
  • •Conduct in-depth process analysis in Liqui-Cel manufacturing
  • •Identify performance, quality, and yield improvements
  • •Drive root-cause analysis and structured problem solving
  • •Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • •Improve OEE, process stability, and production efficiency
  • •Support qualification and scale-up of new products
  • •Take ownership of complex manufacturing processes
