  • •Proven experience developing with the 'V' model
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • •Demonstrated experience working with customers
  • •Experience managing globally distributed development teams
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •EU Citizenship for military project/product support
  • •Experience with DO254
  • •Experience with static code analysis tools
  • •Experience with Windriver DIAB compiler tool chain
  • •Experience with Thales THEMIS IMA framework and tool chain
  • •Experience with Airbus’ ABD0100 Design Assurance Process
  • •Experience with STmicro family of microcontrollers
  • •Experience with ANSI C, C++, Python, UML, XML

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Manage daily activities of the development team
  • •Lead the team through the Software Development Life Cycle
  • •Ensure compliance with DO178 / ARP4754 standards
  • •Interact with program management and various organizational levels
  • •Focus on project status and commercial agreements
  • •Provide clear project roadmaps with accountability
  • •Ensure transparency throughout project development
  • •Collect data for reporting and improvement purposes
