Requirements

  • •Master degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or similar
  • •PhD in similar direction is a plus
  • •5 years experience in insurance or related industry
  • •3 years experience in (Gen)AI solution development
  • •Proficient development skills with Python
  • •Practical experience of basic (Gen)AI approaches
  • •Practical experience with multi-agent AI system (plus)
  • •Skills in co-creating AI solution scoping
  • •Experience presenting solutions to stakeholders
  • •Experience with MCP, A2A, or agentic frameworks (plus)
  • •DevOps experience is a plus
  • •Experience with ETL process is a plus
  • •Interest and affinity for IT and GenAI

Education

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead and coordinate agentic solution activities
  • •Design and develop Agentic AI solutions
  • •Roll out AI solutions to business units
  • •Consult with business units to structure solutions
  • •Drive solutions through to successful go-live
  • •Support the AI journey post-implementation
  • •Hand over AI operations to partners
  • •Act as the primary contact for solutions
