Principal Statistical Programmer - FSP(m/w/x)
In this role, you will leverage your statistical programming expertise to manage complex projects, ensuring high-quality programming solutions while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve planning, coding, and mentoring, making a significant impact on project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years’ Statistical Programming experience within the Life Science Industry
- Strong Efficacy experience
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, programming, and/or clinical drug development process
- Advanced knowledge of computing applications such as Base SAS, SAS Graph, and SAS Macro
- Advanced knowledge of relevant Data Standards (such as CDISC/ADaM/SDTM)
Tasks
- Plan and coordinate programming for complex studies
- Program, test, and document statistical programs for tables, figures, and listings
- Create analysis datasets and transfer files for clients
- Conduct quality control checks on source data and report issues
- Interpret project requirements and develop programming specifications
- Provide technical expertise to clients and SP teams
- Lead technical team for complex studies
- Communicate with statisticians and clinical teams about requirements and timelines
- Estimate programming scope and manage resource assignments
- Negotiate project timelines for deliverables
- Promote established standards, SOPs, and best practices
- Train and mentor SP team members
