Requirements

  • •Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture
  • •Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native design on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • •Experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions
  • •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Fluent English skills; knowledge of German is beneficial

  • •Define and own technical strategy for large-scale customer programs
  • •Align technology outcomes with business goals
  • •Establish and govern reference architectures and design patterns
  • •Elevate quality, security, reliability, and scalability across projects
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • •Guide technology roadmaps and modernization programs
  • •Advise on AI adoption strategies
  • •Mentor architects and senior engineers
  • •Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
  • •Architect and implement AI-enabled systems
  • •Guide complex, multi-step autonomous agent architectures
  • •Lead solution engineering in pre-sales engagements
  • •Translate business challenges into large-scale proposals
  • •Present proposals at the executive level
