Requirements
- 10+ years designing/delivering scalable software systems
- Strong full-stack background (backend/frontend/developer interfaces)
- Leading technical architecture for platform/product/team
- Building/deploying/operating LLM agents or AI infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
- Extending AI coding assistants via custom plugins/skills/hooks
- Experience with MCP, tool use patterns, or agentic integration frameworks
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Intuition for LLM behavior response to context/instructions
- Strong backend technologies (Java, Kotlin, or similar)
- Strong frontend technologies (TypeScript, React, or similar)
- Bias towards action
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces
- Familiarity with A2A protocols
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Experience with machine learning concepts
- Experience with model evaluation
- Experience with ML infrastructure
- Building developer experience platforms or internal tooling
- Familiarity with observability tooling for AI/LLM systems
Tasks
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions
- Drive technical architecture for pod initiatives
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents and tools
- Set and uphold engineering standards
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
- Partner with stakeholders to define problem scope
- Deliver outcomes aligned with cross-functional approaches
- Serve as a technical voice in cross-team discussions
- Connect pod work to broader engineering patterns
