Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong backend (Python, Java) and frontend (React, Vue) development skills
  • Deep experience with modern data engineering
  • Databases (SQL/NoSQL) experience
  • Data engineering (ETL/ELT) experience
  • APIs (REST, GraphQL) experience
  • Developing and deploying applications on cloud-native architectures
  • AWS experience preferred
  • Setting up SDLC best practices for team
  • Versioning, testing, observability, CI/CD experience
  • Architecting scalable solutions in complex environments
  • Experience with multiple system integrations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Outstanding collaboration skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or related domain preferred
  • Setting best-practices for agentic coding preferred
  • Producing maintainable code preferred

  • Collaborate with computational and research scientists
  • Translate scientific challenges into technology solutions
  • Provide technical leadership on initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for reusable solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and uphold engineering standards
