Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field
• •Minimum 2+ years experience in visual inspection of pharmaceutical products
• •Preferred 5+ years experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality
• •Technical writing and communication skills
• •Ability to train and coach others
• •Ability to communicate on regulatory, business, or technical issues
• •Experience in basic statistics and ANSI Standards
• •Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
• •Proficiency in delivering sophisticated tasks
• •Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• •Demonstrated project management skills
• •Strategic thinking and balancing short and long term needs

Tasks

• •Own the local control strategy for the Visual Inspection program
• •Provide technical guidance for inspection operations and projects
• •Teach, mentor, and coach personnel on visual inspection processes
• •Manage the training and qualification program for visual inspection
• •Ensure scientific understanding of defect classification
• •Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
• •Engage in investigations and regulatory inspections
• •Collaborate on site inspection readiness programs
• •Serve as the technical subject matter expert for visual inspection
• •Implement regulatory guidance and assess technological impacts
• •Oversee defect classification and visual inspection techniques
• •Support production operations with technical oversight
• •Provide technical support for non-routine investigations
• •Author and review technical documents and control strategies
• •Develop and monitor metrics to assess process variability
• •Implement process improvements for control and efficiency
• •Interact with regulators and stakeholders during audits
