- •Technical writing and communication skills
- •Ability to train and coach others
- •Ability to communicate on regulatory, business, or technical issues
- •Experience in basic statistics and ANSI Standards
- •Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
- •Proficiency in delivering sophisticated tasks
- •Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- •Demonstrated project management skills
- •Strategic thinking and balancing short and long term needs

- •Own the local control strategy for the Visual Inspection program
- •Provide technical guidance for inspection operations and projects
- •Teach, mentor, and coach personnel on visual inspection processes
- •Manage the training and qualification program for visual inspection
- •Ensure scientific understanding of defect classification
- •Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
- •Engage in investigations and regulatory inspections
- •Collaborate on site inspection readiness programs
- •Serve as the technical subject matter expert for visual inspection
- •Implement regulatory guidance and assess technological impacts
- •Oversee defect classification and visual inspection techniques
- •Support production operations with technical oversight
- •Provide technical support for non-routine investigations
- •Author and review technical documents and control strategies
- •Develop and monitor metrics to assess process variability
- •Implement process improvements for control and efficiency
- •Interact with regulators and stakeholders during audits
