- •Identify durable and monetizable value opportunities
- •Conduct market research and customer collaboration for requirements
- •Gather customer feedback to refine the product vision
- •Position Contentful as an AI thought leader for marketing teams
- •Lead end-to-end discovery and validation for new initiatives
- •Engage with customers and agencies to uncover unmet needs
- •Test solution hypotheses before scaling investment
- •Prioritize multiple bets based on commercial potential
- •Balance product ambition with strict scope control
- •Translate validated opportunities into differentiated AI-enabled products
- •Automate and scale marketing transformation and execution work

- •Influence foundational requirements with platform teams
- •Partner with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing

- •Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales stakeholders
- •Ensure alignment across the full customer journey
- •Shape product positioning, packaging, and pricing
- •Take accountability for revenue impact and market adoption
- •Provide clarity and momentum to ambiguous problem spaces
- •Model strong discovery practices and sharp problem framing
- •Drive outcome-driven execution and high product craft
- •Share user insights and research findings early and often
- •Engage in strategic rigour and product culture debates
