Requirements

• •Experience leading 0-to-1 projects
• •Experience in fintech or regulated industries

Tasks

• •Own the design strategy and execution for a key product domain
• •Drive end-to-end customer journeys for complex financial tools
• •Deliver high-quality concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
• •Create interactive prototypes for product solutions
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to gather input and ensure compliance
• •Champion data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement
• •Set and maintain a high quality bar for design
• •Mentor and support designers to grow the team’s skills
