- Drive quality management strategies for next-generation power modules
- Design qualification approaches for SiC and GaN power modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product development
- Correlate failure mechanisms with reliability measures
- Define and implement quality procedures and standards
- Support customers on SiC/GaN power module issues
- Lead customer requests using structured problem-solving methods
- Prepare and deliver customer-facing quality reports and presentations
- Manage failure analysis requests
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Promote quality as a value-added service
- Identify and address quality gaps in product creation
- Define qualification requirements for manufacturing processes
- Support qualification of manufacturing processes
- Document and handle data in analysis tools
- Evaluate data for reliability, yield, FMEA, and customer requests
- Identify root causes for yield loss and production problems
- Implement containment and corrective actions
- Create initial input for PCNs
- Review and issue PCNs
- Support follow-up activities for PCNs
