As a technical leader, you will shape the company's AI search strategy by designing GenAI systems and mentoring global teams to deliver intelligent discovery experiences for millions of users.

Requirements

• •Strategic and hands-on technical leadership
• •Expertise in search, relevance, and representation learning
• •Experience productionizing ML solutions at scale
• •Background in Generative AI and LLMs
• •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• •Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or Java
• •Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• •Understanding of data pipelines and distributed systems
• •Analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Passion for search, relevance, and personalization
• •Experience with cloud-based production tools (Advantageous)
• •Experience building large-scale data pipelines (Advantageous)
• •Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (Advantageous)
• •Experience driving Data Science Tech agendas (Advantageous)

Tasks
