As a Principal GenAI Data Scientist, you will lead the development of innovative AI solutions, integrating knowledge into models and ensuring their reliability. This role involves collaborating with teams to create scalable systems and mentoring peers while exploring new AI opportunities.

Requirements

• •Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
• •Experience building agentic GenAI systems in production
• •Strong coding skills in Python
• •Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, or fine-tuning workflows
• •Strong understanding of common challenges in AI development
• •Experience deploying AI systems in a cloud environment
• •Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, or LLM-based application design
• •Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly
• •High motivation and ownership mentality
• •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Tasks
