As a Principal Fullstack Engineer, you will shape the technology behind impactful learning experiences, drive technical direction, and collaborate with teams to enhance learner outcomes while mentoring fellow engineers.

Requirements

• •Extensive experience designing, building, and operating customer-facing distributed systems
• •Strong architectural judgment and communication skills
• •Deep experience with backend and fullstack systems
• •Strong product mindset connecting technical decisions to customer value
• •Proven ability to improve system-level outcomes
• •Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• •Track record of influencing technical direction across teams
• •Experience establishing and scaling shared platforms or engineering standards
• •Strong written and spoken English
• •Ability to mentor and coach senior engineers
• •Experience using data and feedback loops for decisions
• •Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools
• •Experience building or scaling learning platforms
• •Exposure to domain-driven design or event-driven architectures
• •Experience shaping team boundaries and operating models
• •Strong interest in technology and learning science
• •Ability to work in English
