- Work with senior stakeholders to establish program roadmap
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently
- Internalize customer strategy and targets
- Drive Celonis delivery alignment with customer strategy
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards
- Mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed
- Act as primary conduit between customer and Celonis teams
- Influence product roadmap and resolve technical blockers
- Help establish and scale Celonis Center of Excellence
- Mentor customer's internal architects and process leads
