- Lead and grow less senior engineers
- Hire and onboard new team members
- Set technical and leadership standards
- Develop software in Go, NextJS, Typescript
- Make architectural decisions for coherence
- Support hiring efforts and screen candidates
- Maintain coding, testing, and security standards
- Collaborate on complex projects and features
- Create PoCs and experiments for solutions
- Participate in sales and technical customer meetings
- Manage external suppliers and technology decisions
- Control costs for tools and environments
- Train engineers on best practices
- Refine and deploy AI strategy
- Support security audits with the Head of Engineering and CISO
