  • •Manage projects and consult clients on Commercial Due Diligence reports
  • •Develop growth strategies for buy-and-build/Platform initiatives
  • •Co-responsible for developing and implementing acquisition measures
  • •Hold key-account responsibilities in Private Equity and Venture Capital
  • •Identify investment opportunities through target screenings
  • •Create market models and validate business plans
  • •Support the professional and personal development of the team
  • •Assist the sales team in acquiring new projects
