- •Master’s, PhD in Electrical Engineering, or related field
- •10+ years digital design experience
- •RTL design experience with Verilog or VHDL
- •Schematic/gate level design and simulation experience
- •Experience with industry-standard EDA tools
- •Scripting languages and automation tools experience
- •Strong mentorship track record and teamwork
- •Experience with Synthesis, Constraining, and STA
- •Memory design and DRAM architecture background

- •Translate product requirements into architecture specifications
- •Balance power, performance, area, and cost
- •Ensure seamless full-chip integration
- •Design complex digital blocks using semi-custom methodologies
- •Define block interfaces, behavior, and timing requirements
- •Develop testbenches for behavioral and synthesizable designs
- •Perform functional and gate-level verification
- •Support silicon bring-up and design validation
- •Use AI-driven tools to enhance design efficiency
