Requirements

  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA ePPDS (modelling, PDS/CIF, heuristics/optimizer, pegging, planning board, finite scheduling), aATP or IBP
  • Proven leadership across full lifecycle (discovery, design, testing, cutover/go-live, hypercare) in global remote/on-site engagements
  • Integration skills across S/4HANA PP/Manufacturing, APO PP/DS, optional ABAP for extensions
  • Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis in heterogeneous landscapes, performance tuning and exception management
  • Mentorship and practice leadership: coach early talents, uplift delivery standards, and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluent English and German, willingness to travel to customers in MEE and EMEA as needed

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and operation of advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions
  • Work within SAP solutions like S/4HANA embedded PP/DS, Advanced Available to Promise, and Integrated Business Planning
  • Own solution architecture and delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare
  • Facilitate fit-to-standard and design workshops
  • Analyze complex and heterogeneous landscapes
  • Define data and integration models (PDS, CIF, queues)
  • Define scheduling strategies to improve plan adherence, schedule stability, throughput, and cost-to-serve
  • Support customer transformation to the cloud
  • Ensure compliance and accelerate value realization
  • Create reusable assets and best practices
  • Lead cross-team initiatives
  • Mentor early talents
