- Guide customers on best practices and efficient workflows
- Execute daily project plan steps
- Understand and document specific client needs
- Lead clients proactively in utilizing CRD products
- Facilitate meetings with consultants and product experts
- Communicate information on upgrades and major releases
- Manage training and consulting resource requests
- Monitor and assist with issue escalation
- Respond to additional product requests
- Coordinate work with global CRD representatives
- Maintain awareness of industry changes and trends
- Become and remain a product expert
- Manage competing demands for assigned clients
- Operate both administratively and hands-on
- Handle issues for large, complex implementation projects
