Requirements

  • •Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture
  • •Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS
  • •Presale experience of solutioning deals from start to finish
  • •Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance, or Retail
  • •Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
  • •Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
  • •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
  • •Excellent German and English language skills

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions
  • •Act as a bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers
  • •Map current-state operations
  • •Co-create future-state AI-native architecture
  • •Understand client workflows and pain points
  • •Architect AI-native solutions using modular agentic platforms
  • •Define data and process models with ontology and ML teams
  • •Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
  • •Present solutions to C-level stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with the Sales team in Germany and global Solution team members
