Description

In this role, you will design cutting-edge methods to assess the impact of Size & Fit products, applying economic principles to real-world issues. By collaborating with a talented team, you will enhance experimentation quality and mentor others while driving insights that shape customer experiences.

Requirements

• •PhD in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, or related field
• •At least 4 years of industry experience in Applied Experimentation or Statistics
• •Expertise in business/customer impact analysis and decision making in AI-driven products
• •Expertise in advanced experiment designs
• •Expertise in applied high dimensional statistics and variance reduction techniques
• •Expertise in long term heterogeneous treatment effect estimation
• •Expertise in Bayesian approaches to A/B testing
• •Experience building and leading Causal Inference products
• •Deep understanding of state-of-the-art methods in the domain
• •Data intuition and experience with large online datasets
• •Strong coding skills in Python and/or R
• •Experience with big data processing and manipulation tools such as Spark and SQL
• •Experience with Cloud Computing frameworks (e.g., AWS) and other programming languages such as Scala
