- Undertake class or form tutor responsibilities
- Support pupils’ holistic development
- Complete reports, registers, and pupil data accurately and on time
- Maintain professional and timely communication with parents
- Ensure compliance with school and departmental administrative procedures
- Contribute to ongoing school improvement and policy development
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and parents’ evenings
- Engage in departmental and whole-school collaboration
- Ensure a safe environment for staff, pupils, and visitors
- Take part in cover arrangements for absent colleagues
- Carry out supervisory duties according to rotas
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, trips, clubs, and events
- Attend school functions linked to year groups and whole-school activities
- Assist with internal and external examination invigilation
- Share responsibility for maintaining tidy communal areas
- Undertake reasonable duties requested by school leadership
- Teach German courses appropriate to pupils’ age and ability
- Follow the local Bavarian curriculum for first language speakers
- Tailor the curriculum to second language speakers’ level and needs
- Monitor pupil development across the primary department
- Keep track of pupils’ progress
- Maintain regular dialogue with parents
