- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- •Several years of professional experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations
- •Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and structured working style
- •Strong ability to transform data into actionable insights
- •Proven experience in project management
- •Extensive knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., Vendavo) and understanding of pricing and quotation processes
- •Familiarity with SAP price and discount conditions
- •Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- •Proactive, self-driven, and curious personality with high level of commitment
- •Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage

Tasks
- •Drive the implementation of a consistent pricing strategy across the EMEA region
- •Partner with sales teams to harmonize and optimize pricing across markets
- •Utilize advanced price analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities
- •Support strategic decisions and deliver price improvements
- •Lead the annual price adjustment process and ensure flawless execution
- •Enhance the pricing model to integrate customer and channel differentiation
- •Incorporate market data and value-based principles into pricing strategies
- •Contribute to the rollout of a new CPQ system and develop expertise over time
- •Engage and communicate proactively with the business community and key stakeholders
- •Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and IT to achieve shared goals
